The first appointment can take between 1 and 2 hours and includes a full, thorough assessment and treatment, followed by a summary with advice and a plan.

Ongoing verbal or written support is included. Follow-ups appointments include a review assessment and treatment.

 

Equine appointments:

From £60 per horse.

             

Canine:

From £35 per dog.

 

Travel charge: no charge if within 10 miles of HQ (DT11 0)

 

10-15 miles £5

15-20 miles £10

20-25 miles £15

25-30 miles £20

(charged per location not per animal. This can be split if more than one owner has their animal seen on the same day in the same locality) 

(Please bear in mind that the travel charge not only covers fuel cost but also the time when travelling.)

 

Payment terms:

Bank transfer or Cash. Payment to be made on the day of the appointment.

If you wish to claim back the cost through insurance please inform Lily on the day and a receipt can be processed for this.

Cancellation Policy: Full Charge for cancellations 24 hours or less. 50% Charge 25-48 hours notice.
